WWE Wrestling Champion to Escort UFC Fighter to the Cage

Undefeated Olympic wrestler, Arjan Bhullar will make his UFC debut next month at UFC 215. When he makes the walk, he will be accompanied by a famous professional wrestler. Bhullar announced on his Instagram that he will be accompanied by WWE champion, Jindar Mahal (real name Yuvraj Dhesi).

Bhullar posted the following on his Instagram:

I was able to watch The Maharaja do his thing in Vancouver and now I’m excited to announce @wwe Champ @jindermahal will be taking time away from his busy schedule to accompany the Team for my debut fight in his home province of Alberta. Shout out to the boss @danawhite for hooking up the VIP treatment”

Bhullar is from British Columbia Canada but is the first UFC fighter from Indian descent. Mahal is from Calgary and is the first WWE fighter from Indian descent to win a title. The two became friends at a video taping for the Daily Hive.

Bhullar is scheduled to face Luis Henrique on September 9th in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
