Results and Notes:

Aldo wins a unanimous decision. I am in the minority, but I scored the fight to Mendes, though it was razer close. Only the 4th round was clearly won by either fighter.

Proud Sponsor of the MMA Takeover!

Aldo would fight Conor McGregor in his next fight and finally lose the belt. He would fight and beat Frankie Edgar (again) for the interim title, and after McGregor was stripped, he got the title back.

Mendes would go 1-2 after this fight, and be suspended two years for a USADA violation.
