Former Light Heavyweight Champion, Rashad Evans will finally make his long awaited middleweight debut, when he takes on Daniel Kelly on UFC 209 on March 4th in Las Vegas. Evans was originally supposed to fight Tim Kennedy at UFC 205, but failed a his pre-medical test and the fight was cancelled. The fight was rescheduled for UFC 206, but Evans was removed from the card, when he was denied a fight license by the Ontario commission.
Kelly an Australian judoka enters the fight with a 5-1 UFC record. Evans has not fought since April 2016.
