Japanese prospect Naoki Inoue out of UFC Fight Night in Japan
One of Japanese’s top prospects, Naoki Inoue, has been removed from the upcoming Fight Night card in Japan due to injury. Inoue made the announcement in a video he posted on his Instagram account. Under the video of himself, he posted the caption. “I will be out of #ufcjapan because of a dislocated shoulder.”
Naoki was set to take on Jenel Lausa in just his second career UFC fight. Naoki, who is undefeated in MMA with an 11-0 record, is looking to improve his reputation. In the video Naoki posted, he tells his fans that he is sorry for the injury and that he hopes they will continue to cheer him on.
UFC Fight Night Japan is headlined with Mauricio Rua (25-10) taking on Ovince Saint Preux (20-10). UFC Fight Night Japan will take place later this month on September 22nd in Saitama, Japan.
