The UFC announced today that Mara Romero Borella will make her UFC debut on five days notice. They state that she will face Kalindra Faria at UFC 216.
Borella will be replacing Andrea Lee, who was removed from the card because she is required to be tested for six months by USADA before fighting in the UFC.
Borella has won her last five fights including upsetting Milana Dudieva in her last fight. Faria will also be making her UFC debut. She is on a three-fight winning streak including beating Carina Damm in her last fight.
The two will fight at flyweight and face each other on the main card. UFC 216 is scheduled for this Saturday, October 7th in Las Vegas, Nevada.
