Recap Professional Card
Amine Ballafrikh defeated Jonathan George clearly winning every round. Technique and speed were on his side earning himself a win via unanimous decision.
Eddie Abasolo had an amazing night. Taking minimal damage and inflicting lots of it he earned himself a win via TKO in round 5. I have to say that PJ Sweda is a super durable fighter and I am sure we will be seeing him again.
Chip Moraza-Pollard who has been named The Surgeon held true to the nickname. He strategically picked apart Matt Coleman landing numerous body shots. Chip earned himself a TKO win in round 3 (corner stoppage) and remained undefeated with a record of 4-0.
Amadeu Cristiano and DC Pratt had a back and forth battle exchanging blows. Cristianos found his range early and used his reach to dominate his opponent earning him the win via unanimous decision.
Paul Banasiak returned to the ring after a nine month training camp in Thailand to face a tough opponent in Brett Hlavacek. Banasiak was very active throughout the fight but I had it scored two a piece after 4. Hlavacek was successfully landing combinations when he threw them. Banasiak picked up the pace in the final round to earn him the win and remain undefeated at 5-0.
Lerdsila PhuketTop Team made his Lion Fight debut against Jacob Hebeisen. Hebeisen took this fight on short notice. Lerdsila imposed his will from the opening bell to the end of round 1. He came out and scored a knockdown. Shortly after he finished the fight via knockout with a lighting fast roundhouse kick to earn his first Lion Fight victory and 184 career win.
Crowd favorite Julian Nguyen faced off against Trevor Ragin. Both fighters were making their pro debut. Trevor came out strong and fast but slow and steady won this race. Julian used his technique and patients to earn himself his first professional win via decision.
