Lightweight prospect Rustam Khabilov (22-3) is forced to pull out of UFC London due to a knee injury. He made the announcement via Instagram. He was scheduled to face Kajan Johnson (22-11-1).
Khabilov, is 8-2 in the UFC with notable wins over Jorge Masvidal and Yancy Medeiros. He is currently riding a five fight win streak and recently defeated Desmond Green via unanimous decision. Johnson is 3-1 in the UFC as is riding a three fight win streak after defeating Adriano Martins via 3rd round KO.
Steven Ray (21-7) will be stepping in as a replacement. He is 5-2 in the UFC and has recently lost to Paul Felder via 1st round KO.
UFC London will be headlined by a Heavyweight bout between Fabricio Werdum (23-7-1) and Alexander Volkov (29-6).
