The light heavyweights were set to serve as the main event at UFC Charlotte on January 27th.
Saint Preux (22-10) is currently riding a three fight win streak that saw him finish Yushin Okami, Marco Rogerio de Lima, and Corey Anderson.
Latifi (13-5) is 4-1 in his last five falling only to current Bellator light heavyweight champion, Ryan Bader in 2016 during that time. He was last seen picking up a hard fought decision over Tyson Pedro at UFC 215 last year.
With the event being only 11 days away, it’ll be interesting to see if the UFC can find a replacement for Saint Preux.
