Bellator announced today that veteran featherweights Georgi Karakhanyan and Henry Corrales will fight each other at Bellator 192.
Karakhanyan is a former WSOF champion. He will be making his 12th appearance in the Bellator cage, where he holds a 6-5 record in the organization. He has won 3 out of his last 4 fights and is coming off a 2nd round TKO win over Daniel Pineda.
Corrales is making his 6th appearance for Bellator. He holds a 2-3 record in the organization. He dropped his first three appearances in the organization but won his last two. Corrales picked up the biggest win of his career when he beat Noad Lahar by decision.
Bellator 192 is scheduled for January 20th in Inglewood, California. The card is headlined by Douglas Lima defending his welterweight belt against Rory MacDonald. It also contains the first match of the heavyweight Grand Prix. The fight is Chael Sonnen vs Quinton Jackson.
