Alexis “Sneaky Zebra” Dufresne 6-3 MMA (1-1 BMMA) has been pulled from her Bellator featherweight bout vs Amber Leibrock 2-1 MMA.
Dufresne has apparently missed weight by more than the commission will allow. She is coming off a 2nd round TKO loss to Gabrielle “Gabanator” Holloway 6-5 MMA (1-2 BMMA) at Bellator 174. All 6 of her wins come by first round stoppage. She has competed two times for the UFC but lost both by decision. Now she will miss Friday’s Bellator 189.
Leibrock has both her wins by first round stoppage as well. She last competed at Invicta 19 in September 2016 vs Amy “Donkey Kong” Coleman 2-2 MMA where she won by TKO. All of her pro fights have come under the Invicta banner.
Leibrock posted on her twitter account
I did my job. I was ready to go. I made weight. I trained my fucking ass off. My team helped me 100%. I’m sorry for everyone who was looking forward to this fight. Thank you for all you support.
