Updated: De Randamie Stripped; Cyborg vs Anderson for Vacant Title
UFC 214 is becoming one of the most stacked cards in history. Ariel Helwani is reporting that Cris “Cyborg” Justino will face Invicta featherweight champion, Megan Anderson at the event.
Cyborg is widely considered one of the greatest female fighters in history. She is 17-1 in MMA and has been undefeated for over twelve years. She enters the contest 2-0 inside the Octagon and coming off a tko win over Lina Lansberg.
Megan Anderson won the vacant Invicta featherweight title after Cyborg gave it up to fight in the UFC. She defeated Charmaine Tweet to win it. She was originally scheduled to defend her belt against Helenan Kolesnyk but the fight has been cancelled so Anderson can make her UFC debut.
